Dorm-Room Bliss
College students like myself usually live in a dorm the first or second year of college. My boyfriend lived off campus and in order to come see me he had to be checked in at the front desk and leave his ID. I would have to come get him and then escort him back to my room. There was a night when I knew my room mate would not be home so I planned to surprise him. I happened to know the student working the front desk and convinced him to let my boyfriend check himself in and walk back to my room. I called my boyfriend and told him I had a surprise and explained that he could check himself in and come back to my room on his own. I cleaned up the tiny pig stye dorm room and lit several scented and glowing candles. I turned the lights out and had our song ready to play on the CD p_layer_ and put on a satin nightgown and laid on the bed and waited. He was so confused at first and then broke out into a huge grin when he walked in the room and locked the door. I smiled and asked him to go hit play on the CD p_layer_. I don't think either of us said another word until much, much later.
