Love Grows With Distance
I am from UK, I met my fiancée on the net (she is from Kenya). We wrote emails and chatted for four months, after which she luckily got a visa to visit UK! We had exchanged pictures and had shared dreams and wishes, but seeing each other for the first time was something so beautiful! We hugged and kissed, at first hesitantly, but then passionately! She stayed with me and gave me the warmest summer I ever had in this country! We got engaged and pledged to get married soon, but she had to return because her visa was expiring. I miss her a lot now and long to be able to call her to me so that we can join in matrimony and forever love! But sometimes the distance gets me very down and lonesome. That’s when I take the t-shirt, which she had worn the first time we kissed, out of my closet and as I lie to sleep at night, I hug it and think of that first magical moment we shared. That sweet smell lingers her memories in my dark and empty room and I find courage to look forward positively to the time when she will be here in my arms...never to part again
