Carrot sticks are tasty, sometimes they just won't do. Low fat cheeses, low calorie yogurt and canned chicken and tuna are great sources of protein that you can eat as part of your low fat diet. The report further states that Phelps' lunch comprises a pound of enriched pasta and two large ham and cheese sandwiches slathered with mayo on white bread, capping off the meal by chugging about 1,000 calories worth of energy drinks. If you are prepared to take Phelbs diet, incorporate some sort of exercise into the week to go along with the low calorie diet. Weight loss is not achieved by food choice alone.
